Cancellation and Returns:

All our Customers shall be entitled to cancel or return the Order for Stocked Products by giving us notice of cancellation before dispatch or within 14 days of the date of collection or delivery and by returning the item back to us in the original condition. Such notice may be given by emailing only. If there is a defect or fault in the Goods, the customer is required to notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation or return within 14 days by emailing us on Info@bbpexpress.com for full refund.
